Okay here’s what happened, a few years passed. I’m older now and my dreams have changed. This website still has potential, just not for marine biology. In fact, I ventured out to a field not even close.. Any guesses? Here I’ll help you out. Computer science. Yup, I went from wanting to live every second in the ocean, to wanting to be buried in lines of code. I know, a little dramatic. I genuinely have no idea how I got here but I’m glad I did. Over the years I’ve gotten more and more drawn to this field. Mentally and emotionally, I feel like I truly belong here, with my computer. Anytime I’m outside I look, think, and speak like a computer. No, I do not have a monotonous voice and talk like a robot, I just feel like computers speak to me and appeal to me more than humans do. I bet I sound like such a nerd right now but I don’t care because this is what I want to do and who I want to be. The original site intro…
Hi welcome to Marine Biology 101!
I am Nia a 12 year old girl who would like to become a marine biologist! I know it sounds like a huge dream for a preteen, but I am determined to at least try! Here you will be visiting my train of thought on marine biology. I hope this gets me farther in the future and I can do something big with this, therefore, I would love it if you gave some feedback if for example I got a few facts wrong or if you loved something I posted. Because…duh why would I want wrong information on a blog that the whole world could see?! I hope you enjoy my humor, interests, knowledge, and my dreams!
